Watch Advertisement Poster (Intro to Adobe Illustrator)

I had to design a watch and then create an advertisement poster for it using Adobe Illustrator. For this poster, I had to combine imagery and text together. I decided to create a British style watch and match the imagery with it. To create the watch I had to use the pen tool, shape tools, the scale and rotation tool, and clipping mask to create the pattern on the band. I also put the image of the Royal Coat of Arms of the United Kingdom and inscribed “The London Collection.” Behind the watch I have a red border to separate the watch from the background of the poster. On the poster I used the moto “The Two Most Powerful Warriors Are Patience and Time.” I chose the picture on the poster to be black and white to have a vintage feel and also to show how time passes by to modern time with the watch in color. What better way to advertise a watch then to use the iconic Big Ben!
